• Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource management processes, ensuring that we meet our operational goals and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze resource usage and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that resource management initiatives align with the company's overall strategy and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, and implement best practices for resource management.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the resource management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting our brand and showcasing our expertise in resource management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Resource Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in resource management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of industry-leading tools and software, such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Office.
• Certification in resource management, such as the Certified in Resource Management (CRM) or the Professional in Resource Management (PRM).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proven experience in managing budgets and resources, with a deep understanding of financial management principles.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
