📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests arriving and departing from the hotel, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience.
• Handle luggage with care, ensuring it is transported safely and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional concierge services, including arranging transportation, reservations, and other guest requests.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion, adhering to the hotel’s policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the front desk and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and secure the hotel premises, ensuring the safety of guests and staff.
• Assist with special events and VIP arrivals and departures as required.
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hospitality role, preferably as a Doorman, Porter, or similar position.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of service.
• Physical fitness to handle luggage and assist guests with mobility issues.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a vehicle for guest transportation.
• Previous experience working in a luxury hotel or similar high-end environment is a plus.
