📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or SAP.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for the batching plant operations.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide financial support to the operations team, including invoicing and expense reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
