Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all technical and administrative aspects of the laboratory, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations.
• Provide accurate and timely test results to the medical team, supporting clinical decision-making.
• Train and mentor laboratory staff, ensuring they are proficient in the latest techniques and technologies.
• Develop and implement quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of accuracy and precision.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless integration of laboratory results into patient care.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines governing laboratory operations.
• Represent the laboratory at industry conferences and events to stay current with the latest advancements in laboratory medicine.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in laboratory operations, with a strong background in clinical laboratory services.
• Certification as a Medical Technologist (MLT) or a related certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in leading laboratory teams and ensuring compliance with international standards.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory information systems (LIS) and electronic health records (EHR).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
