📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and Indonesian labor laws.
• Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding, using BambooHR and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Design and deliver employee development programs, including training and mentoring.
• Ensure compliance with all Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Work closely with senior leadership to drive organizational strategy and people initiatives.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that supports diversity and well-being.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a strong focus on strategic people leadership.
• Certification in HR management or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD).
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other relevant tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and other departments to drive organizational success.
