📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with developers and engineers to ensure accuracy and clarity of technical content,Review and edit technical articles, manuals, and guides,Develop user guides, tutorials, and other instructional materials,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the creation of marketing and sales collateral,Provide feedback on product design and user experience,Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian,Proficiency in technical writing tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously,Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines,Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
