📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.,Oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.,Develop and implement service standards and protocols to maintain consistency and excellence.,Monitor service performance and provide feedback to service providers for continuous improvement.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across the organization.,Maintain accurate records of service transactions and performance metrics.,Attend to any other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a service coordination or management role.,Strong knowledge of service industry standards and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
