📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify new sales opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.,Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.,Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.,Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products/services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
