📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate administrative and operational activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the General Affairs department
  • Provide support to other departments as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of company events and activities
  • Handle employee relations and grievance matters
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in General Affairs or related roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
  • Ability to speak and understand Indonesian language is a plus
