Conduct comprehensive Fair Market Value (FMV) analyses for a diverse range of assets, including real estate, equipment, and intellectual property.,Develop and maintain pricing models and methodologies to ensure accurate and competitive valuation results.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant market data and conduct thorough due diligence.,Prepare detailed valuation reports and presentations for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in pricing and valuation.,Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Provide expert advice and recommendations to support pricing and valuation strategies for various business units.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in pricing, valuation, or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity.,Strong understanding of Fair Market Value (FMV) principles, methodologies, and best practices.,Proven experience in developing and implementing pricing models and strategies.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.,Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and specialized valuation software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences.,Familiarity with Indonesian market dynamics and regulatory environment is a plus.
