📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all sales activities are aligned with company goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive advantage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
