📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop accurate job descriptions and specifications.,Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various recruitment channels.,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and requirements.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to source passive candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process and provide support to new hires.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or related roles.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
