Manage and grow payment partnerships to ensure seamless and efficient payouts for hosts.Collaborate with payment processors, financial institutions, and internal teams to drive the development and implementation of payment solutions.Ensure timely and secure payouts to hosts, while optimizing costs and improving efficiency.Monitor and analyze payment performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.Develop and maintain strong relationships with payment partners to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in payments and financial services.Lead and mentor a team of payment specialists to ensure high performance and professional development.Represent Airbnb at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
