As a Network Support Engineer at Blue Wireless, you'll be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing our network infrastructure. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our services are always available and perform at their best. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, using tools like Wireshark, SolarWinds, and PRTG. You'll also have the chance to develop your skills in a variety of areas, including network security, cloud computing, and software-defined networking.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and maintain our network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Provide level 1 and level 2 technical support for network issues.
- Conduct regular network audits and performance reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network problems quickly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of new services and technologies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies and industry trends.
- Document all network activities and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 network support.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in network support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewalls.
- Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, and PRTG.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
