📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate MEP systems including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure seamless integration.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and installation issues.
• Prepare detailed drawings, schedules, and specifications for MEP systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress of MEP installations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP coordination, with a strong background in project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP design software.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ASHRAE, IFC, and local building codes.
