📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct legal reviews and analyses of corporate actions and decisions to identify potential legal risks.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations.
• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior management on legal matters.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of legal reports and briefings.
• Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends to proactively address emerging risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external legal counsel to resolve legal issues.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of legal documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal or compliance role, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian legal and regulatory framework.
• Proficiency in using legal software and tools such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, or similar.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in corporate risk management or compliance would be a plus.
