JUNCTION Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Training Officer to join our team in Purworejo, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others learn and grow.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop comprehensive training programs aligned with company goals and objectives.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees, ensuring high engagement and participation.,Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to junior training officers.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Certifications in training and development are a plus.
