Local Camp Berjaya is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Technical Writer to join our team in Batang. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and be able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with development teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical documentation.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.,Create and maintain user manuals, API documentation, and other technical resources.,Assist in the development of training materials and other educational resources.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Mentor and guide junior technical writers in the team.,Contribute to the improvement of technical writing processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices.,Proficiency in English for technical documentation.,Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar.,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.,Strong communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
