📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned stores, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of store managers and staff to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.,Develop and implement effective store management strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.,Monitor store performance, sales, and inventory levels to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and address any issues.,Work closely with the regional and corporate teams to align store operations with overall business goals.,Promote and implement innovative ideas to improve store performance and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of leading and managing teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Familiarity with retail management software and systems.,Knowledge of retail operations, sales, and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
