As a Junior Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate departments.,Check-in and check-out guests, and ensure their stay is comfortable and pleasant.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including stocking supplies and restocking materials as needed.,Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and events.,Provide information about the company and its services to guests and visitors.,Handle and resolve any reception-related issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with basic office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
