📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of the QMS, ensuring full compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Develop, maintain, and update all documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and quality records.
• Conduct regular document reviews, audits, and updates to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QMS into all operational processes.
• Train and mentor team members on document control procedures and QMS requirements.
• Monitor and analyze document control metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure all documents are stored, retrieved, and distributed efficiently using our document management system.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in document control and QMS.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control or QMS, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Certification in ISO 9001 or a related quality management standard is a plus.
• Proficient in using document management systems such as SharePoint, DocuWare, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with engineering or manufacturing processes is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong commitment to quality and compliance.
