📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.,Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of products.,Assist in planning and executing promotional events and sales.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or similar industry.,Proven experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
