Quick Camp Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated and experienced Captain to join our team in Blora, Jawa Tengah. This is an immediate opening and we are looking for someone who is ready to start right away. The Captain will be responsible for managing and leading our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our services, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.,Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure the safety and security of customers and staff.,Monitor and report on team performance and productivity.,Participate in training and development activities for staff.,Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is an advantage.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
