As an Assistant Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth inventory management, optimizing storage space, and maintaining high standards of operational efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.,Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency.,Monitor warehouse safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.,Analyze warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of inventory management systems and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using warehouse management software and tools.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.,Familiarity with lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
