📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of facilities and logistics, ensuring compliance with university policies and regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve facilities and logistics efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.,Manage a team of facilities and logistics staff, providing guidance, training, and support.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.,Ensure the safety and security of university facilities and assets.,Conduct regular facility audits to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies and community organizations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities and logistics management, with a proven track record of successful project implementation.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems, inventory management software, and project management tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws, regulations, and best practices in facilities and logistics management.,A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
