Design and develop mechanical systems and equipment,Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses,Oversee the manufacturing and assembly processes,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers,Maintain and update technical documentation and drawings,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering,Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and practices,Proficiency in using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks),Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong communication and interpersonal skills
