NOKIA Corporindo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Restaurant Manager to join our team in Makassar. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales and profitability. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and lead a team of staff, providing training, motivation, and support.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and identify opportunities for growth.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and quality food.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and procurement.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
