🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Proven track record of successfully hiring and onboarding employees.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry standards.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
