📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and at home.
• Handle reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, using our reservation system.
• Assist with table setup and cleanup to maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere.
• Provide information about our menu, specials, and dining options to enhance the guest experience.
• Address any immediate guest concerns or needs, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
• Assist with cash handling and basic transactions, following our established protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in a front office or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or similar setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Familiarity with basic point-of-sale (POS) systems and reservation software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and dining etiquette is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a physically active environment.
