📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, including conducting interviews and reviewing applications.,Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.,Assist in the development and administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback to help employees improve their performance.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new hires and existing employees.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.,Previous experience in a multinational or international company is a plus.
