As a Captain, you will be responsible for leading and managing our team of drivers, ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our fleet. This is a full-time position based in Sleman, with a competitive salary package of Rp 5.000.000 – Rp 9.000.000 per month. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of drivers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.,Monitor and maintain the condition of the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy and compliant with safety regulations.,Plan and coordinate routes and schedules for the fleet, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of services.,Supervise and train new drivers, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and driver behavior.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety regulations, and road traffic laws.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and driver performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in fleet management.,Proven track record of leading and managing a team of drivers.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations.
