📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Create and manage marketing content for various platforms, including social media, email, and website.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance using relevant tools and metrics.,Coordinate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales targets.,Assist in the organization and execution of marketing events and promotions.,Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.,Provide support to the marketing manager in other tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and trends.,Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Mailchimp.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
