Shine New Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated Assistant Line Cook to join our team. As an Assistant Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our kitchen operations. You will work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure that all food preparation and cooking processes are carried out smoothly and according to our high standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food items according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure food quality and safety.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Work efficiently and effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.,Participate in kitchen meetings and discussions to improve processes and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Line Cook or similar role.,Knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and standards.,Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the kitchen.
